Let’s do this together video – home from vacation!

Finally catching up with posting my videos…thanks for being patient. We are back from vacation, and I’m happy to report that I had a fabulous time, and didn’t gain any weight!


I joined Weight Watchers just before we left, and it helped!!

(Wow, apparently my hair was bugging me! 😉 )

Have you tried Weight Watchers? I have to say, it is very easy and I never for a moment felt like I couldn’t eat anything I wanted to. We ate out every single day and I still didn’t gain weight…unheard of!

Let me know if you’ve tried it, and what you think.

    Yay!! I’m so proud of you for not gaining on vacation and getting right back on track when you returned! Hard to do!

    I’ve been working out 6 days a week for 3 weeks – gaining muscle (I hope) but not losing a pound! I’m do a 4.5 mile walk/run 2 times a week. Barre class 2 times a week and Body Pump 2 times a week. I’m eating 2 meals a day, fruit and almonds for snacks. I’m also doing intermittent fasting from 4pm – 8am at least 6 days a week. When will I drop some lbs??????? I’ve read it may take 4 weeks of working out to see a difference. I’m really pushing myself in my workouts and trying not to eat bad food/snacks.

      Cindy, I am sure you are replacing fat with muscle! How are you feeling in your clothes? You look fantastic in all of your photos. Keep working out…you will see the progress from it. And it is so much better for us than just dieting. I think I didn’t gain on our vacation because we were busy walking and hiking.
