My body and guts are so much happier!

I’m doing so much better and feel great. My skin is clearer and my belly is shrinking. I am enjoying all of the foods on the diet and don’t feel deprived, although I am looking forward to adding foods back in.

So far so good on this plan. It will be very interesting to see which foods bother me. 

This weekend is John’s birthday, and I’m not eating cake! But, I will introduce dairy back into my diet and see how my body response.

    I’m so interested in hearing how this pans out for you especially since I suffer from an autoimmune disease although I’m feeling way better since starting Weight Watchers.

      I can tell you, I don’t use up very many points on this diet! I’m also curious and can’t wait to add back in some of the foods I love. So many of us suffer from autoimmune diseases, there has to be help!

    Very interesting. My hubs pushing his chair in after dinner and heads straight to the bathroom. I have never seen anything like it. Except his brother and son are the same way. Going to look into this AIP diet a little more. Sadly, just what I have read so far, we would need to eliminate nuts and eggs from his diet and he loves both. Will be following your progress.

      The diet is temporary. He may be able to do it just to determine what foods he has an intolerance of. After 2 weeks, you add one food at a time back into the diet, and see if it has a negative effect on your body.
